Ben Affleck And Jennifer Garner Divorce News: Separated Couple In High Spirits As They Fulfill Parental Duties Together

Less than a year after Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner announced their separation, the estranged couple has apparently maintained a civil, if not friendly, relationship with each other. The still-married couple was spotted recently spending quality time with their three kids for a family dinner.

A report posted by Daily Mail showed photos of the couple leaving a posh restaurant in Brentwood. The photos suggested that both Affleck and Garner seemed to be in a good mood as they bonded with their children.

The uploaded photos showed Affleck, 43, displaying his fatherly affection to their three-year old son, Samuel, whom he was carrying. On the other hand, Garner was looking after their daughters, seven-year-old Seraphina, and 10-year-old Violet.

Despite having their respective separate lives, the celebrity couple still live under the same roof in their Brentwood mansion for the sake of their children.

A report published by Radar Online last month had said that Garner is still trying to save her marriage with Affleck. An unnamed source of the website revealed that Garner still had a "glimmer of hope" that she could still fix her marriage to the "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" star. However, the source further revealed that all of Garner's efforts to prevent her family from shattering may just end up in smoke as the actor does not share her sentiments.

"He wants nothing to do with getting back together," alleged the incognito source.

The couple went into separation last year after Garner suspected Affleck of having an affair with their kids' nanny, Christine Ouzounian. The actor has denied the accusation.

Affleck has four films in the can, including the highly anticipated "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" slated for release this March 25. Meanwhile, Garner is currently shooting the film "The Tribes of Palos Verdes," which will hit the theaters this 2016.
