'Chicago Fire' Season 2 Spoilers: Will Wedding Bell Ring for Firehouse 51?

"Chicago Fire" is all-new tonight and is the final episode before the season finale, which will feature several cliffhangers going into the third season. Big changes are in store for the men and women of Firehouse 51, including a possible death.

Tonight, Dawson prepares to take her firefighter's exam and Casey has a serious discussion with her brother, Antonio. Could a proposal be in the works? And how will Dawson respond, given that she wants to focus on her career as a firefighter? It's a tough time for the couple who just survived a massive rescue and is still dealing with Casey's head injury. Will the couple last much longer, given the strain put on their relationship?

Romance is also in the air for Chief Boden as he pursues his relationship with Donna. Will he be the one to propose? The preview for tonight states that he makes a "daring move," which could mean wedding bells. Boden decided to recommit himself to a serious relationship with Donna and the two agreed to work things out and stay together.

Meanwhile, Shay receives an unexpected visitor at the firehouse. Last week we all saw that Rafferty was comfortable in an emergency situation and fell right back in step with Shay and the rest of the 51 family. Could she be returning? The preview says that there is a new addition at the firehouse. If Dawson leaves to take her firefighter's exam, who will take her place? There's no way that she can stay at Firehouse 51 and work under her boyfriend. Tonight's episode could be a foreshadowing of what, or who, is to come.

The season finale airs next week and will feature several cliffhangers, including one that could see the farewell of one or more characters. "Chicago Fire" knows how to leave viewers wanting more, and that is exactly what the writers and producers plan to do next Tuesday night.

"Chicago Fire" airs Tuesday nights on NBC.
