'Forza Motorsport 6' DLC: Alpinestars Car Pack Includes Walter White's Ride from 'Breaking Bad'

Developer Turn 10 and publisher Microsoft Studios have announced a new expansion pack for "Forza Motorsport 6." The new DLC is called Alpinestars Car Pack and includes seven brand-new vehicles.

The Alpinestars Car Pack was announced on Wednesday, days ahead of the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona race scheduled this weekend. The new "Forza Motorsport 6" DLC arrives Jan. 28.

The seven new cars from the pack include last year's 24 Hours of Daytona winner, the 2015 Ford #02 Chip Ganassi Racing Riley Mk XXVI Daytona Prototype. The Ford Daytona Prototype will also be at this weekend's race, which begins at 2 p.m. EST on Saturday, Jan. 30.

Another participant of previous years' races, 1990 Mercury #15 Whistler Radar Cougar XR-7, will also be playable with the new DLC.

Meanwhile, "Breaking Bad" fans can get to ride Walter White's 2005 Pontiac Aztek with the Alpinestars Car Pack. The Pontiac Aztek has been cited as "one of the ugliest cars ever made" but is popular among the show's fans.

The 1967 Sunbeam Tiger, 1992 Alfa Romeo Milano Quadrifoglio Verde, 1974 Toyota Corolla SR5, and 1996 Subaru SVX complete the pack.

Players can take the Ford Daytona Prototype on the Daytona Sports Car Circuit in a special Rivals mode to win Alpinestars prizes. Those interested can read the details of the "Forza Motorsport 6" Alpinestars Challenge here.

The Alpinestars Car Pack is the fifth DLC out of six that's scheduled to arrive each month for "Forza 6." Each expansion pack features seven new vehicles. The DLCs are included in the game's Car Pass but can also be bought separately for $6.99.

In addition to the sixth and final pack coming next month, "Forza Motorsport 6" players can also look forward to a Top Gear car pack. This branded expansion pack is scheduled to be available in early April so it is apparently not part of the current Car Pass. More details should come out as its release date nears.
