8. An outspoken individual with complete disregard for political correctness, Donald Trump was able to draw supporters in droves with his frequent campaigns. Appealing to the fears that the American public was unable to express with his loft campaign pledges, Trump quickly became the favorite Republican candidate for Presidency. Despite facing ridicule and resistance from the media, his own party members, and a large number of American citizens, Trump beat 16 others to be voted the primary Republican Presidential candidate.
