Giuliana Rancic on Marriage and Reality Television: 'We Get It'

Giuliana Rancic opened up about her marriage to Bill Rancic, her husband of six years, during an interview this week.

The E! News host and her husband grappled with infertility issues, her breast cancer diagnosis, as well as the happy arrival of their son Duke over the course of their marriage, which is depicted on the Style channel's series "Giuliana & Bill."

Despite their ups and downs, the Rancics remain happily married and are among the most popular couples in Hollywood today.

Rancic, 39, discussed her marriage as well as reality television while on "Good Morning America" on Tuesday.

"I think the difference between us and a lot of these other couples is, from the beginning, our foundation was very strong," the "Fashion Police" co-host said. "And as the seasons pass, it's actually easier to do the show. Like, we get it. We get that there's cameras around."

Bill Rancic added that he and his wife are producers of "Giuliana & Bill," but Giuliana maintained that unflattering scenes are "never, ever" cut from the series.

"If I look like crap and I don't have my makeup, I don't care," she added, according to GMA. "We put everything in the show."

Part of the famous couple's appeal could lie in the fact that Giuliana touched so many women's lives by documenting her struggles with both breast cancer as well as fertility treatments.

"We can't make it through an airport without someone coming up and saying 'thank you. My wife finally got a mammogram,'" Bill said while on "GMA."

"I mean, not a day goes by where that doesn't happen," the 42-year-old added.

Despite their fame as well as the reality television series, the Rancics remain focused on their son, Duke, who will turn one on Aug. 29.

"We wake up with Duke, we go to sleep with Duke, we spend all the time with Duke and we realize, 'Wow! It's a lot of work… and so before we decide on baby number two, we just want to make sure we can do it," said Bill.

At the time that Duke arrived via surrogate last year, Giuliana raved about motherhood.

"I knew it was going to be great, especially because we worked so hard at having a baby and we wanted a baby so bad, but it's even better than I expected," she said while speaking to Parade magazine just months after Duke's birth.
