According to Entertainment Weekly, it was reported that Sarah Drew revealed some interesting details about the plot of "Grey's Anatomy" season 12.
While fans are expecting to see more about Jackson and April's marriage, Drew explained that the return will see the two making a pivotal decision about how to move forward with their relationship. It was stated that episode 11 will be showcasing more of the couple.

Drew said, "It was so fun to shoot, an epic journey and every actor's dream, basically. As long as they're alive, there is always hope. No matter what, they really, desperately love one another. They're in a really rough spot, but there is always hope."
Meanwhile, previous reports stated that Meredith will be in a dire situation when the season returns. A recently released teaser for the season showed her severely injured after being attached. Meredith will be seen receiving some medical help.
However, it was stated that Meredith's attacker is still unknown. There are speculations that the one who attacked Meredith could be someone she is close with. As reported by Entertainment Weekly, another cast member of the series, Kelly McCreary, shared some details about Meredith's attack.
McCreary said, "In other instances where Meredith came close to death, she has had a little bit of control over the situation. She could save herself in some way, or make a choice that might help herself. But in this case she's physically impaired in a way that she has not been before."
The return will certainly bring a new vibe with Meredith's siutation. Nevertheless, fans will be seeing an interesting storyline when the series returns next month.
"Grey's Anatomy" season 12 episode 9 is expected to air on ABC this Feb. 11.
