'Jessica Jones' Season 2 Spoilers: IGH to Stop Jessica's Probe on Her Dark Past

The IGH will make sure Jessica's (Krysten Ritter) probe on its secret operations will not go far in the upcoming season of "Jessica Jones."

Spoilers for the new installment reveal that Jessica and Trish (Rachael Taylor) will work together to dig deep and know more about the former's murky past. Before Jessica was officially adopted by Trish's family, she was hospitalized for a long time following the deadly accident that killed her parents. It was revealed that the one who financed all her medical procedures was the IGH, the very organization that is turning Will (Wil Traval) and the others to become super soldiers.

IGH is shaping up to be the next enemy in the Netflix series. Whatever the group is planning cannot be good, considering the kind of operations it has been hiding from the government. When Jessica and her loyal best friend eventually investigate the organization's secrets, viewers can expect it to retaliate and stop them.

Meanwhile, Ritter has basically confirmed that season 2 will air next year. In a Twitter post, she wrote that the series will be back in 2018. She also shared the first poster of "Jessica Jones," as a gift to the fans who had been patiently waiting for new updates.

Previously, the actress revealed that filming for season 2 has finished. She posted several photos of her and co-star Diane Gibson on her Instagram account. Both were wearing what looked like wrap party t-shirts. The front portion of the black shirts had the word "season" written on it, with "two" being indicated by Jessica's peace sign. The back part has the words "nailed it" printed in huge red letters.

"Jessica Jones" season 2 is expected to air in 2018 on Netflix.
