Katrina Bowden Kids: 'No, We Just Got Married'

Newlywed Katrina Bowden addressed questions about when she and her husband Ben Jorgensen while at Sunday's Emmy Awards.

In May, the "30 Rock" star tied the knot with her musician husband in Brooklyn, New York's Botanical Garden.

However, the couple is already fielding questions about when they are going to start expanding their family, much to Bowden's dismay.

"Everybody keeps asking when we're going to have kids," the 25-year-old actress explained to People magazine. "We just got married. I'm like, 'No, we're not going to have kids for awhile.'"

In the meantime, Bowden and Jorgensen are enjoying simply being married.

"Being a newlywed is amazing," she said. "It doesn't really feel a whole lot different than being a non-newlywed."

As for their wedding day, rainy weather for the out door ceremony was not the only "crazy" thing about the plans.

"It's just crazy," the actress told People magazine before walking down the aisle earlier this year. "I didn't know anything about weddings… It's kind of nuts."

Bowden, who portrayed Cerie on NBC's "30 Rock," said that finding a wedding dress was the easy part of planning a wedding.

"It was very easy to find," she said, according to People. "It was one of the first dresses I tried on. I had seen it and thought, 'I love that dress.' I tried on a few others, just to try some on. But once I tried on the dress that I got, it was a no-brainer."

The actress married Jorgensen after a year-and-a-half-long engagement, and announced her plans to marry on the red carpet at the 2012 Screen Actors Guild Awards.

"He proposed and showed me the ring and I was so shocked and said 'OmiGod,' and hugged him," Bowden recounted to E! News while on the red carpet. He said to me, 'So is that a yes?'"
