Kim Kardashian, Kanye West Planning to Hold Birthing Party for New Baby

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are allegedly throwing a "birthing party" for their new baby.

Back in June, it was revealed that West and Kardashian hired a surrogate to help them have their third child. Now, the couple is reportedly planning a "birthing party" at the hospital where their surrogate is supposed to give birth. It is believed to be an effort on the pair's part to make sure their closest family members are around when their new daughter arrives.

"Kim had very difficult pregnancies with both North and Saint, so she couldn't have her family around her for those births," a source explained. "This time, she wants to be really in the moment — there for every second of the birth, and wants to bond with the baby immediately."

This comes just days after recent media outlets claimed that Kardashian and West spent £1.2 million ($1.6 million) on security for their secret surrogate. Although the model and her rapper husband are still not confirming anything, their decision to remain tight-lipped has not stopped rumors flying. TMZ notes the woman they have chosen as surrogate is an African American college graduate. Now in her twenties, she has two kids of her own and has been married for five years. It has been claimed that she is in great shape and in a happy relationship with her husband. Additionally, the woman is a registered Democrat.
