'Love & Hip Hop Hollywood' News: Joseline Hernandez Gives Deposition on Althea Eaton Assault Case

Joseline Hernandez of "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" sat for a deposition recently in relation to the lawsuit filed by former castmate, Althea Eaton claiming Hernandez assaulted her during the reunion show.

Hernandez gave an out-of-court oral testimony in relation to the the lawsuit filed by former co-star Althea Eaton for assault. According to Eaton, Hernandez beat her up during their reunion show.

According to sources, Hernandez was reportedly wild, erratic, and out of control during the incident as a result of a "cocaine problem" -- allegations Hernandez has consistently denied.

Hernandez deposition included accusing Eaton of slandering her in a "Hip Hop Weekly" interview, referring to Hernandez as a "crack whore." According to Hernandez, Eaton's photo on the cover just proved she did the interview that referred to Hernandez in a negative light.

Eaton's lawyer immediately attacked Hernandez's premise by asking her whether she was familiar with outdoor magazine Field and Stream or if the tabloids featuring obese people in unflattering poses on their covers interviewed the models, as well. Upon Hernandez's negative answer, Eaton's lawyer pointed out Hernandez was not as knowledgeable about publishing as she claimed to be.

Hernandez additionally made statements about how animals (referring to Field and Stream subjects) are mute and are unable to share information with tabloids.

Hernandez has previously been in hot water for calling videotaped footage of "Love and Hip Hip: Atlanta" show fake, earning the ire of her castmates who claim Hernandez's assertions were a ploy to avoid assault charges.
