Michelle Williams Shares Encouraging Message About Relationships and Loneliness

Michelle Williams, the gospel singer and one third of the R&B group Destiny's Child, recently shared an encouraging message about overcoming relationship issues and abstinence.

Williams, 33, is currently preparing her upcoming solo album while gearing up to star in the upcoming TV show on the Oxygen Network called "Fix My Choir" and the "Jesus Christ Superstar" tour. However, she reflected about relationships while on Twitter where she shared encouraging words with her fans recently.

"It's awesome how you begin to adapt to someone not being in your life anymore," Williams wrote. "Don't ever say you can't make it without them! Time heals!"

The singer also shared some encouraging thoughts about abstinence.

"Before you know it a month or 6 months to a year will go by and you'll be like 'okay....their absence isn't so bad after all,'" she tweeted.

Williams previously spoke about overcoming toxic relationships aiding in promoting a happier life.

"When you get rid of, and get out of toxic situations, or remove toxic people out your life, you gotta move forward, and you can't have dead weight," Williams said in a previous HipHollywood.com report. "I love you but I gotta go. Sometimes you feel like this process is lonely. This world is lonely as far as trying to be an artist, but sometimes you got to be alone for a season."

While the singer is casually dating at the moment, she previously revealed that she was not always so happy when looking at her own reflection.

"I'm happy. When I tell you I actually like who I see in the mirror, because for a long time it wasn't like that," Williams previously said in a HipHollywood.com report.

The singer has been vocal about being in a state of depression previously.

"I've dealt with depression," the 33-year-old said last year in a Huffington Post report. "I had to choose to get out of bed and do whatever I needed to do to be happy."
