Mila Kunis, Ashton Kutcher Engaged? 'It Happened Over the Summer'

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher are said to be engaged, an unconfirmed report claims.

The Hollywood couple, who have been dating for one year, have reportedly been keeping the news under wraps due to Kutcher's divorce from Demi Moore – which was finalized on Nov. 26. The "Two And A Half Men" star, 35, reportedly proposed to the "Ted" actress, 30, before family and friends earlier this year.

"It happened over the summer. His whole family had come out to California for Mila's birthday [on Aug. 14], and he did it then," a source told InTouch magazine.

"They couldn't go public with [the engagement] until his divorce was final," the source explained about Kutcher's divorce from Moore. "Now nothing should be standing in their way."

In September Kunis was photographed wearing a gold band on her ring finger during an outing in Studio City, Calif. Fans immediately began speculating whether Kutcher had popped the question.

The couple is yet to publicly address the recurring engagement reports.

Kunis, who began dating Kutcher in 2012, previously hinted that she is ready to settle down with the actor and start a family.

"I do want a family ... I'd rather be in love and have a baby than a movie," Kunis told Glamour Magazine in 2012.

Moore, 51, filed from divorce from Kutcher in 2011 after six years of marriage following reports of infidelity however the proceedings were delayed due to a financial dispute.

Moore and Kutcher recently agreed on a financial settlement prompting his attorney, Laura Wasser, to legally end their marriage last week, TMZ.com reported.

"They're all happy and the papers are signed and with the lawyers now, so Ashton's free to officially propose to Mila," a source told the Sun U.K. "Both of them want to marry and have children."
