Monday Night Football will feature the Denver Broncos against the San Diego Chargers in a huge game that could decide many things in the AFC West this season. The game is scheduled to start at 8.30 p.m. ET and will be televised in ESPN of alternatively can be watched online through live stream (details below).

The Chargers come into this game with a 3-2 record, and if they can win against the Broncos today they will be able to take a stronger foothold in the division.

The Broncos meanwhile are currently looking to win this game to move back to .500 at 3-3. That would put them in a much better position and if they can put a run of wins together mid-season it would allow them to make a push for the playoffs.

This game is expected by many pundits to be a shoot out between Philip Rivers and Peyton manning, and should be an intriguing contest.

The Broncos have only so far beaten the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Oakland Raiders this season, and have succumbed to the undefeated Atlanta Falcons as well as the Houston Texans, who were beaten for the first time last night. Their third loss this year was against Tom Brady and the New England Patriots last Sunday. So all their losses have been against good teams, and even though that is no excuse, it should allow them to be more optimistic as they move into the mid-part of the season.

Peyton Manning will be a big player in today's game, and he has recorded some top stats through the first five games this season; completing 130 of 197 passes for 1507 yards and 11 touchdowns.

The Chargers have three wins but have only beaten relatively modest opposition in the Oakland Raiders, the Tennessee Titans and the Kansas City Chiefs. They have been defeated by the Falcons and the New Orleans Saints.

This could be a close game and both sides will believe they can take this one. All the action from the Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego can be caught from 8.30 p.m. ET on ESPN or alternatively can be watched online through live stream on ESPN.com by clicking here.
