Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber News: Couple Going In Opposite Directions But Can't Forget Each Another?

Even though Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber seem to have been moving in opposite directions in recent months, there are continued rumors that the two still ultimately love one another and want to be together.

An exclusive report from Hollywood Life cited sources who told them that though the "Come & Get It" performer is happily dating EDM DJ Zedd, but that she still "can't stop thinking about Justin" and their relationship that ended months ago.

"Selena has Zedd and things are good with him, but it's not the same as it was with Justin. She's been fooling herself trying to make it something bigger than it is. Don't get me wrong, she's into Zedd and she cares about him, but it's not the kind of crazy obsessive thing she had with Justin, which is probably a good thing. But it's just going to take time for her to let go of Justin," a celebrity insider for the media outlet was quoted as saying.

Despite her still being "crazy obsessive" with the "Baby" singer, apparently, Gomez is doing her best to let go of the past and "start making memories" together with Zedd.

"Selena is really eager to introduce Zedd to her family in Texas. She knows her mom is going to absolutely adore him. She's planning on bringing him home for Easter. She wants to do the whole Easter egg hunting thing with Zedd and her little sister," the publication further wrote.

Meanwhile, Justin Bieber recently released his latest single titled "Where Are U Now."

Produced in collaboration with Skrillx and Diplo, fans of the 20-year-old Canadian star speculated the song could be the sentiment he felt after the hurtful break-up with Selena.

One lines reads: "Now I'm all alone and my joys turned to moping/Tell me, where are you now that I need you? Where are you now?"

Justin and Selena had previously been in an on-off relationship since 2011.
