'Undercover Boss' New Season Premieres at Diamond Resorts
CBS’ hit “Undercover Boss” has kicked off its third season by following the owner of Diamond Resorts International.
“For two seasons, ‘Undercover Boss’ has been one of the strongest performing reality series on television,” an Executive Vice President at CBS has stated.
The show features a prominent figure from such companies as Chiquita Brands International, NASCAR, and DirecTV. According to reports, it has an average viewership of 17.7 million. There are currently versions of the series in the United Kingdom, Australia, Norway, Germany; other countries are producing the show as well.

The bosses on the show enter the workforce as entry-level workers and gain first-hand experience within their own companies. At times, they find frustration with employees, at others they experience great joy in working with the men and women who make the company a success.
No matter the one-on-one encounters during the episode, it is clear that the bosses learn a great deal about the individuals who have helped make them who they are.
