Apple iPad Pro 2 Release Date, Specs Rumors: Device May Appear in April 2017 Event

Apple has been well-known for revolutionizing technology, changing the way consumers view and use sophisticated gadgets with greater ease and efficiency. It has also introduced to the world a new in-demand device through the iPad, and now fans are clamoring to see the unreleased latest version to the successful line of Apple tablets, the iPad Pro 2.

The rumor mill is in full swing as tech aficionados anticipate its release hopefully this year. With very little to go along concerning the device, unfortunately, close to nothing is confirmed regarding the iPad Pro 2, although it would seem that the suspense may be ending in the upcoming Apple event this April.

According to Apple World Today, April 4 may be a safe bet as to when the much-awaited iPad Pro 2 may be unveiled to the public. This assumption came from the Check Availability link found in most Apple-related sites, pointing out to the said date.

Perhaps another clue that may be leading to the speculation the latest device could be making an official introduction in April is the fact that CEO Tim Cook mentioned the Apple Park will be unveiled in April. That could be a momentous occasion to celebrate the dawning of the new iPad Pro 2, and it is meant to draw attention.

As far as speculations on its size are concerned, Value Walk thinks that it may be presented in three variants — a 9.7-inch, 10.9-inch and a 12.9-inch model. This could very much hold ground if the assumption that the iPad Pro 2 will be moving further away from the iPad Air and iPad Mini is true.

Meanwhile, Mac Otakara has assumed in the past that the new iPad Pro 2 would be close to being bezel-less, giving a bigger display. This removes the home button and will be replaced by a virtual button, while the left topmost portion continues to hold the FaceTime camera.

These speculations should be taken with a grain of salt, and the world will get to know more if the April 4 launch is true.
