Man With Down Syndrome Spends His Life Giving Back to Charities One Hug at a Time

Credit :

To celebrate this Down syndrome man's birthday, Tim Harris and his family hold an annual hug-a-thon. They host this hug-a-thon to raise money for Firefighters Random Acts, non-profit run by Albuquerque firefighters. Tim thanks everyone for their contribution and always has kind words for everyone.

Tim's hugs are always free but he accepts donations for hugs if someone offers. This year he has a goal of giving 2,000 hugs and raising $10,000 for charity. Tim gives people hugs out of the goodness of his heart and it works perfectly. His hugs are acts of kindness used to help charities. He wants to hang out with everyone and let them know that he loves every all of them.

It is hard for people who have Down syndrome to perform at the same level as others. Those with Down syndrome people may work at a slower pace, but that doesn't make them any less valuable. Tim is a great inspiration to everyone he meets!
