'The Mysteries of Laura' Premiere Live Stream, NBC Start Time, Spoilers: Show Moves to Wednesday Time Slot
NBC's newest TV show, a quirky cop drama-comedy entitled "The Mysteries of Laura," will now move to its regular Wednesday 8 p.m. timeslot this coming Sept. 24, 2014 following its Sept. 17 pilot episode.
The forthcoming episode is entitled "The Mystery of the Dead Date," to be followed on Oct. 1 with "The Mystery of the Biker Bar," and on Oct. 8 with "The Mystery of the Red Runway." As suggested, "The Mysteries of Laura" will follow a big central mystery per week showing.
An adaptation of the Spanish TV series "Los Misterios de Laura," TMOL features the actors of "Will & Grace" star Debra Messing, as the titular character Laura Diamond. Laura is a brilliant NYPD homicide detective who finds herself juggling between her "crazy family life" and her "Columbo" day job.

Living with two "unruly twin boys," Laura has still yet to deal with her estranged and soon-to-be ex-husband and cop, Captain Jake Broderick (Josh Lucas).
"Between cleaning up after her boys and cleaning up the streets, she'd be the first to admit she has her 'hot mess' moments in this hilariously authentic look at what it really means to be a 'working mom' today," the synopsis reads.
"Somehow, she makes it all work with the help of her sexy and understanding partner, and things becomes even more complicated when her husband, ironically, becomes her boss at the precinct. For Laura, every day is a high-wire balancing act," it continued.
