'The Young and the Restless' Spoilers: Christian's Real Father Is Adam But How Will the Revelation Go?

Baby drama is not new in the world of soaps, and it seems that the latest one will be surrounding baby Christian, involving Sage (Kelly Sullivan) and the Newman Brothers, Adam (Justin Hartley) and Nick (Joshua Morrow).

According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, the truth has apparently already been confirmed and the father of Christian is none other than Adam. This news will definitely be another heartbreak for Nick, but for now, the big question is how will the show lead up to the revelation of the truth.

One of the top ways fans have suspected that the truth may be revealed would be through the baby getting Adam's eye condition. Since Nick doesn't carry this gene at all, then there would be no way that he will pass this special condition on to the baby. There would even be no need for a test once it's proven that the baby already acquired the type of blindness only Adam has.

However, some also think that perhaps Sage will not be able to bear the animosity surrounding them and will quickly end the waiting by just requiring both of them to take DNA tests. This way, any kind of future surprises can be avoided.

In a report by Michael Fairman Soaps, it looks like Nick will be taking on the daddy role for a while and would only learn the devastating truth later on. Until now, viewers are not quite sure as well if Sage does know who her baby daddy is and it's probably the reason why alongside Nick, she will believe the same.

One of the most crucial moments in last Friday's episode was Victor finally meeting his grandson, Christian. Victor is least concerned who the father is and is mostly just involved with the idea that Christian is a Newman. Although Victor has never been a role model for fathers before, he certainly aims differently as a grandfather.

For now, many wait to see how the revelation will pan out as "The Young and the Restless" airs weekdays on CBS.
