Neither mother nor daughter has confirmed leaving "Dance Moms" Season 7 but JoJo might have hinted of staying in the popular dance reality show with a Youtube video post on her channel. The video revealed that she will be staying in Los Angeles for the long haul. LA is where "Dance Moms" is filmed. JoJo and Jessalynn were shown packing up for their LA apartment.

Despite the revealing video, rumors of her leaving "Dance Moms" were refueled with another post, this time on Instagram, of a photo with a caption saying she can't wait to show what is coming up for her.

Not the first time

JoJo's departure from "Dance Moms" Season 7 does not really come as a surprise given the drama that happened in the reality series. She actually has not competed with her teammates since May.

Her not being able to compete with her teammates in their "Hotline" number at the Fierce National Dance Competition on May 28 sparked the rumors that she is about to quit the Lifetime series. Miller hinted via Twitter that the reason for 13-year old's absence in the competition was because she wanted to spend the day in a pool.

Although JoJo recently revealed that the current season of "Dance Moms" is one of her favorites, it's becoming clearer that her time with the Abby Miller Dance Company may be coming to a close.

The rest of the elite team intact

It's not all bad news for "Dance Moms" fans however. The rest of the AMDC elite junior team remains intact for the new season. Nia Sioux, who was earlier rumored to be leaving the series with JoJo Siwa, was seen among her teammates in many competition photos. Sioux just recently had her off-Broadway debut.

Nia competed with the group in the "Fight Camp/Club" number in Saturday's competition. Abby's young team joined the older dancers in the number which reportedly placed first overall in the competition.

Abby's legal troubles

Meanwhile, dancers' departure from "Dance Moms" are being blamed for cancellation speculations but it seems that the coach and dance studio owner herself may not be around to do the show for much longer.

Miller is supposed to attend a court hearing of her bankruptcy fraud case on December 2. "Dance Moms" Season 7 will have tobe stopped once Miller does not get a favorable outcome from her case and goes to jail.

She has previously pled guilty to the concealing $775,000 income she derived from her projects and over 10,000 Australian dollars. The "Dance Moms" coach is facing 24 to 30 months in prison. Her defense is pushing for probation for up to six months.
