The game can be watched on TV on the ESPN network, or online through live stream (details below).

Both teams will be satisfied with how the opening three weeks of the new season have gone, and between the pair they have only suffered one loss coming into Week 4. However, all that will change today as only one can claim the win.

The Chiefs come into Week 4 with a perfect 3-0 record, and they will be confident that they can extend that one week further through today's home game against the Redskins.

The Chiefs opened up the new NFL season by shocking everyone by not only defeating the New England Patriots, but demolishing them handily 42-27.

They followed that up with a hard fought win over the Philadelphia Eagles 27-20 in Week 2, and maintained their perfect start to the season last week with another win, this time over the LA Chargers by a score of 24-10.

The Redskins meanwhile have shown flashes of how much potential they have, however, they still look slightly vulnerable in areas.

Washington opened up their season with a bad performance; a 30-17 defeat at the hands of NFC East division rivals, the Philadelphia Eagles.

That result immediately sent alarm bells ringing about whether the Redskins were in for another season of under accomplishment. However, over the last two weeks they have moved to turn things around; first besting the LA Rams 27-20 on the road, and then last week following that up with a comfortable 27-10 home win over the Oakland Raiders.

Those two wins will have given the team a world of confidence, and they will be hoping to maintain that upturn in form here tonight by inflicting a first defeat of the season on the Chiefs.

If they are to win they will have to find a way to stop Kansas City's rookie running back Kareem Hunt, who has already posted 401 rushing yards for 8.5 yards per carry.

Redskins coach Jay Gruen has said, "He's the guy you have circled going into the game."

The Redskins allowed just 128 total yards in their win over the Oakland Raiders, and they will need to perform at that kind of level if they are to keep the Chiefs at bay tonight.
