4 cities where 'No Kings' protesters were arrested

2. Las Vegas

Metro police arrested six people during Saturday’s “No Kings” protest in Downtown Las Vegas, KLAS-TV reports. The charges range from battery against protesters, refusing to move a prohibited item, throwing rocks and four counts of pedestrian in roadway.

The protest was held in front of the Federal Courthouse along Las Vegas Boulevard between Bridger and Bonneville.

Police estimate that around 1,400 people gathered outside the courthouse for the protest against President Donald Trump and his administration. The crowd marched toward the detention center and the Regional Justice Center about an hour into the protest, according to Fox 5.

Other demonstrations took place at Craig Ranch Park in North Las Vegas and at the intersection of Eastern Avenue and Horizon Ridge Parkway in Henderson. According to Henderson police, no arrests were made on Saturday.
