7 reactions to James Robison's death: 'A faithful voice for the Gospel'

In a Sunday statement, Jay Strack, president and founder of Student Leadership University, recalled how Robison wrote him a letter of endorsement shortly after he graduated from college.

“That one act opened countless doors, and so many invitations came in that it overwhelmed our answering machine,” Strack wrote. “I traveled with him for four years during crusades, and he mentored me well. He was a generous soul who genuinely cared deeply about people.”

“He will be missed greatly,” he added.
