'Arrow' Season 3 Spoilers, Plot News: Help Comes For Team Arrow

The CW's hit crime fighting superhero TV series "Arrow" Season is back for another episode of its third season and the Queen-less Team Arrow is still struggling in dealing with the bad guys inside Starling City.

Although spoiler reports already confirmed that the titular hero (Stephen Amell) is alive, his friends still believe that Oliver is dead.

Stepping up to take the leadership role, Diggle (David Ramsey) has a lot of things to consider now that he is running the show. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Ramsey teased that his character has to hold off his personal plans in order for him to accommodate his responsibilities.

"The most pressing thing after Oliver's death is adjusting to Oliver's death. Everything is on hold, even the wedding, because we have to adjust to what we're going to do without Oliver and that takes a while," the actor said.

Putting aside the personal matters, the team has yet to take down the city's new terror Brick (Vinnie Jones) and his army. Good news for them, they might find some help from an unlikely individual in the person of Malcom (John Barrowman).

According to the synopsis posted on The Futon Critic, Team Arrow will consider Malcolm to aid them in their mission as the latter has yet to settle a personal score with the felon.

The full summary from TFC reads:

"Still operating without Oliver (Stephen Amell) and desperate to stop Brick (guest star Vinnie Jones), Team Arrow is forced to consider Malcolm's (John Barrowman) offer to help shut Brick down as Malcolm has a personal score to settle with the felon. Roy (Colton Haynes) and Laurel (Katie Cassidy) point out that the team could use some help to save the innocents of The Glades, but Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) is adamantly against it. They look to Diggle to make the final decision. Meanwhile, the flashbacks chronicle Malcolm's descent from kind-hearted father and husband to cold-blooded killer after the murder of his wife."

"Arrow" Season 3 airs every Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on The CW.
