'Castle' Season 7 News, Spoilers: Trouble in the Subway
The next episode of the hit comedy-drama police procedural TV series "Castle" Season 7 is said to be the most explosive segment as spoilers suggest that someone will be put in grave danger.
Fresh off from their honeymoon, Rick (Nathan Fillion) and wife Beckett (Stana Katic) will resume their duties with an exceptional case that could prove to be fatal for one of their team members.
TV Guide showed an exclusive sneak peek of the episode featuring Esposito (Jon Huertas) trapped in a life or death situation with Ryan (Seamus Dever).
As reported, the episode titled "Kill Switch" will begin with a routine murder investigation. But things escalate for the officers when they faced the killer in a subway train. The perpetrator then held everyone inside the car as hostages.
Meanwhile, the newlyweds will have to fight against time to figure out the criminal's agenda before any one gets hurt.
"Castle" showrunner David Amann already teased the near-death experience of the former Army Special Forces soldier saying that this will be pivotal in the development of Esposito-Lanie storyline.
Lanie, who has been on and off with Esposito, was shown in the series of promos being worried to death knowing that the man is in a grave situation.
Arriving at the scene, Beckett has to pacify the terrified Lanie saying, "[Esposito] has been in worse scrapes than this and we are going to get him out of there, I promise you."
As for the gunman, it was revealed that he is in possession of a more deadly item – a bomb, hidden under his coat.
"Castle" Season 7 episode 8 airs this Monday, Nov. 24, at 10 p.m. on ABC.
