'Chicago PD' Season 3 Episode 5 & 6 Spoilers: Ruzek Scrutinized by Crowley; SUV Hiding a Dead Body

This week, fans are in for a double dose of police action in NBC's hit police-procedural drama TV series "Chicago P.D." Season 3. It has been reported that the network will air two episodes of the show in order for it to catch up for the planned crossover event special slated to happen next year with "Law & Order: SVU."

The report from VCPost added that the network will be giving the Mariska Hargitay-fronted police drama a break so that the two shows will be in sync in episode count and storyline.

It is still not known if the two segments of "Chicago PD" are linked with two parallel cases. Nonetheless, they are expected to be full of shocking revelations, mind-blowing twists and turns, as well as intense moments.

The synopsis released for the titles "Climbing Into Bed/You Never Know Who's Who" (via The Futon Critic) tells of an impending catastrophic event for Ruzek who, after a botched undercover job, gets scrutinized by the new Street Deputy, Crowley. As it turns out, the former's future in the unit will solely be determined by the newcomer.

Meanwhile, Burgess and her temporary buddy, Price, answers a suspicious call. Their investigation on the incident leads them to the discovery of a dead man locked inside an SUV. Helping them identify the victim is Mouse who said that the deceased is a businessman that owns a security company. Things are expected to get a little bit more complicated for the crew when they discovered there's something more to his story.

Meanwhile, fans are looking forward as to how things will turn out for Halstead and Lindsay when they decided to take their relationship a step forward.

Don't miss the exciting double episode special when "Chicago P.D." Season 3 airs this Wednesday, Oct. 28, starting 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. on NBC.
