Chick-fil-A Managers Help Florida Parents Find Runaway Teenage Daughter (VIDEO)

Credit :

Last month, Steve and Tammy Harp found a note by their 16-year-old daughter Kaitlyn, saying she had run away to be with a man she met online, 19-year-old Daniel Bridgeman. It was a parent's nightmare scenario.

The Jacksonville, Fla. couple searched online and soon found a photo of the teens that showed Bridgeman wearing a Chick-fil-A shirt. The Harps went to a nearby Chick-fil-A to see if he worked there, and that location put them in touch with another in Yulee, about 20 minutes away.

Yulee manager Lita Fannin didn't know Bridgeman, but she posted the photo to a Facebook group for hundreds of Chick-fil-A managers. The manager of a Winter Haven store, three hours to the south, recognized his employee, so he called the parents and picked up Kaitlyn to bring her home.

Thanks to the cooperation between the three Chick-fil-A locations, Kaitlyn was reunited with her parents just hours after the nightmare started.

"...What could have taken days, weeks, or months, only took a matter of two or three hours once they got involved," said Steve in this WLTV report.

"It turned out really positive, really quickly, which is a blessing," said Fannin.
