'Dark Souls 3' News: First Title Release Was 'Incomplete,' According To Director; Latest Game's System Requirements Announced

Four years have passed since the first "Dark Souls," the action role-playing video game by FromSoftware, was released, but fans of the game are still on the hunt for potentially undetected items. Now, "Dark Souls" director Hidetaka Miyazaki has said that he is confident players have found all that can be discovered.

In an interview with Edge Magazine, Miyazaki revealed that there are no more items or specific gameplay left undiscovered. He said that "Dark Souls" is an "incomplete game," but that he would like to think that the game's players have completed it, through their discoveries, as they progressed in the game. "I'd love to say that the nature of this incompleteness was completely deliberate, but it is both deliberate and by accident, in different ways," he said.

The game director added: "I like to think that this way of creating – leaving spaces – is satisfying. So if there are incomplete aspects of Dark Souls III, please forgive us."
