Inspector Pokes Around Building and Finds One Hilariously Shocking Flaw (VIDEO)

An inspector is poking around a building on Stamford Street, Ashton-under-Lyne in England. He's elevated on a cherry picker, just doing his job.

When he has difficulty with one board, he prods and pokes and pushes, but nothing is happening. And then with one last poke, something crazy happens. I'll hazard to guess that the building failed inspection.
