Kaley Cuoco Has New a Baby! 'The Big Bang Theory' Star Launches Own Production Company

"The Big Bang Theory" star Kaley Cuoco has a new baby. She launched her own production company, which will develop its first project for television.

Cuoco named Norman Productions after her beloved dog. She signed her company up for a multi-year partnership with Warner Bros. Television, which owns the rights to "The Big Bang Theory."

The actress' company will take on the limited series, "The Flight Attendant" as its first production. The show is based on best-selling author Chris Bohjalian's novel of the same title.

"The Flight Attendant" will center around a stewardess (Cuoco) who wakes up in her hotel room abroad to find a dead man on her bed. She has no idea what happened during the night and the show will unveil the consequences of substance abuse.

"She puts the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door and gets on her flight to Charles de Gaulle and back to JFK, but quickly discovers that you can't ever escape from a body you leave behind," Bohjalian detailed in a January interview with Armenian Weekly.

The author described his story's main character as a hot mess and an alcoholic. He added that his book will also feature a smart American-Armenian lawyer.

"The Flight Attendant" won't arrive in bookstores until March 2018 but Cuoco read an advanced copy and loved the story for Norman Productions. She described the story as a nail-biting thriller.

"I'm so excited to work together and bring this amazing book to life with them," the actress stated following the announcement of the TV adaptation.

Details as to when "The Flight Attendant" will come alive on screen or who will co-star with Cuoco are still limited. The show will likely be on air after the book release and once Cuoco's filming commitments on "Big Bang Theory" season 11 are ironed out.

Meanwhile, copies of "The Flight Attendant" are up for pre-order at online stores.
