"I'm back," she wrote in an Instagram photo caption.

Kim's drastic transition from brunette to blonde ultimately inspired her sisters to also lighten their locks last year, which a source claims is the reason she went back to brunette. The reality star is famous for her dark mane and curvy figure.

"Tracey Cunningham did it. She's amazing. Kim just wanted to change it up! It seems like everyone went blonde, so it was time to change it up," a source told Us magazine.

The hair change comes months ahead of Kim's upcoming wedding to Kanye West and fans are speculating whether the mother of one will opt for dark hair on her big day. Hair color is likely the least of Kim's worries as reports claim she is stressed over planning the lavish affair.

The socialite accepted West's proposal in October while celebrating her 33rd birthday and the couple has since confirmed they will wed this summer. Kim, who is working with a $30 million wedding budget, is reportedly struggling with the planning due to West's desire for perfection.

"He's impossible to please," a source told InTouch magazine. "The family is already eye-rolling about her crazy wedding plans. She and Kanye have a 'go big or go home' attitude."

The nuptials, which will mark Kim's third marriage and West's first, will mostly be paid for by the E! network which has reportedly secured filming rights. The over-the-top wedding will likely take place in Paris and critics anticipate that it will be reminiscent to Kim's 2011 nuptials to NBA star Kris Humphries.
