'Kingdom Hearts 3:' Latest Screenshot Teases Shows New Ride Based on 'Toy Story'

"Kingdom Hearts 3" fans will surely be excited with the new screenshots shown during the D23 Expo in Japan, which teased something from "Toy Story."

Game developer Square Enix previously announced during the E3 2015 that "Tangled" would be featured in "Kingdom Hearts 3." However, the developer did not reveal anything related to "Tangled" during the D23 Expo in Japan. Instead, a screenshot was shown featuring the "Shooting Ride," a ride based on Buzz Lightyear's Astro Blaster, according to Twinfinite.

Square Enix's "Kingdom Hearts" event in Japan was called the "Kingdom Hearts Premium Theater Event." The developer leaked the latest trailers for the awaited games "Kingdom Hearts 3" and "Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8," according to Siliconera.

In the first screenshot, Sora, Donald, and Goofy are seen using mounted guns on the "Toy Story"-inspired ride. The rest of the trailer revealed that there will be a new Heartless and Nobody, the report details.

Two more screenshots from "Kingdom Hearts 2.8: Final Chapter Prologue" were also shown during the Expo in Japan. In the second image, Riku, King Mickey, and Kairi are seen during "Kingdom Hearts 0.2 Birth by Sleep: A Fragmentary Passage." The last featured screenshot showed a scene from "Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance HD" with almost all the protagonists in a single frame, the report relays.

As an additional treat for fans, Square Enix showed them a video featuring the making of the new trailers. Square Enix will officially release "Kingdom Hearts 3's" latest trailer to the public on Nov. 4 at 3 p.m. Japan Time, the report adds.

While the exact release date for "Kingdom Hearts 3" is still unannounced, what is known is that "Kingdom Hearts 2.8: Final Chapter Prologue" will be released exclusively for PS4 in 2016. "Kingdom Hearts 3," on the other hand, will be available for both PS4 and Xbox One.
