It began when the gaming giant released their flagship console, the Nintendo Switch, and when they performed amazingly during this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3). Now, Nintendo seems to be on a mission to take over the world as reports reveal that they have signed a partnership with Chinese company Tencent.

According to reports, the partnership between Nintendo and Tecent was made to bring some of the best-selling titles in China over to the Switch. Tencent is best known for the mobile multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) "Honor of King." Currently, there are an estimated 200 million gamers enjoying what the game title from Tencent has to offer.

Unfortunately, there is one major caveat: the Nintendo Switch is not being sold in China. Although the console ban was lifted two years ago, the gaming giant has yet to infiltrate the country's borders. However, it seems that their partnership with Tencent is the key that will finally allow the Switch to enter Chinese soil. Wall Street Journal reports that the partnership is a great way to winning over the Chinese market. Since the announcement, Nintendo's stocks jumped up for a total of seven percent this week.

"Honor of Kings" was announced for release on the Nintendo Switch during a live stream meant to inform fans of what is in store for them in the next few months. Gamers will be able to choose from a total 35 playable characters, which vary in roles and skills. A beta has also been announced for launch before the year ends.

"Honor of Kings" for Nintendo Switch has yet to receive an official release date, but fans are expecting to experience the popular Chinese MOBA sometime in 2018.
