Popular TikTok missionary, Maylon Foshee, accused of sexually abusing teenage boys in Haiti

Maylon Foshee, 23, an international Creole-speaking missionary and popular TikTok content creator with more than 100,000 followers, has been charged with sexually abusing three teenage boys in Haiti while doing ministry in the troubled Caribbean nation.
A complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana on Sept. 22 said Foshee has been charged with engaging in illicit sexual conduct with minors in a foreign country. He also faces up to 30 years in federal prison if convicted, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Louisiana.
Foshee, who's from Mansfield, Louisiana, gained internet fame for being a blond-haired American fluent in Haitian Kreyòl, worked with Agape Ministries in Gonaives, Haiti.
Investigators with the FBI said they were notified in March that Foshee had allegedly sexually abused minors while he was doing missionary work in the Caribbean country from 2023 to 2025.
Upon investigating, authorities determined that Foshee had sexually abused three boys, all aged 14 at the time, between February and December 2025. The boys were identified as Minor Victim 1 and Minor Victim 2, both of whom live in Gonaives, and Minor Victim 3, who now lives in Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic.
According to the complaint, while working at Agape Ministries, Foshee helped some of the children by paying for them to attend school and allowing them to stay at his house.
Earlier this year, investigators say Foshee returned to the U.S. to raise money for the ministry. While back in the U.S., two individuals involved with similar ministries in Haiti received reports from multiple children that Foshee had abused them.
In voicemails from Foshee cited by investigators, the popular content creator claimed Victim 2 and Victim 3 came unto him and that what happened with Victim 1 just happened.
Victim 1 told investigators that the missionary sexually assaulted him on two occasions while he was sleeping at his house. He stated that he was living with Foshee because he was paying for him to attend school. He also stated that he was left in shock the first time he was assaulted and tried to avoid a repeat of what happened by sleeping in a different room. Three months later, Foshee, whom he claimed would sometimes beat him with a belt, sexually assaulted him again.
Minor Victim 2 also reported that Foshee paid for him to attend school when he lived with him. He alleged that Foshee sexually assaulted him the night before his 15th birthday in August 2025. And Minor Victim 3 told investigators that he lived with Foshee because he was having difficulties at home with his parents. He alleged that he initially resisted Foshee’s sexual advances but later allowed him to perform sexual acts on him after the missionary offered to get him a passport and take him to the U.S.
The teenager said the missionary told him he was a homosexual before traveling to Haiti and showed him videos of homosexual acts. Minor Victim 3’s older brother also told investigators that Foshee propositioned him for sex and sent him explicit photos, but he rejected him.
U.S. Attorney Zachary A. Keller said in a press release that Foshee is being prosecuted as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse launched in May by the Department of Justice.
“Protecting children from sexual abuse wherever it occurs is one of this Administration’s highest priorities, and identifying, investigating, and prosecuting child predators in our Louisiana communities lies at the heart of our Office’s mission to keep our communities safe,” Keller said. “Our Office thanks the FBI for its phenomenal investigative work and looks forward to seeing justice done in this significant case.”
