'Project CARS' Trailer Shows Promise to Reinvent of Race Car Gaming

"Project CARS" just released a teaser video that made fans excited for the upcoming game.

According to Carscoops, the trailer exceeds the graphics expectations of modern gamers. Aside from that, it also showed improved "postprocessiing and physics engine – the cars just seem to have a really natural-looking movement about them."

Game creator Namco Bandai plans to release this game to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. They partnered with Slightly Mad Studios, a multi-award winning studio who is behind the genius of "Need for Speed."

"Project CARS" is the biggest project on their plates yet. It is also considered to be the most ambitious one. It could be noticeable that some of the features could be comparable to "Need for Speed" and "Shift" which were both created by Slightly Mad Studios.

However, there is an advantage because there is also the "Forza"-feel.

At present it is considered in the early-beta stage. Nonetheless, they have already achieved in showing a wide variety of cars compared to other games completed by Slightly Mad Studios.

There are no public testers on the gameplay yet but it is expected to be released this year. According to reports, "Project CARS" will be shipped this coming March for both next-gen consoles and PC.
