See the Miraculous Beauty of How Snowflakes Form (VIDEO)
Despite being over snow for this winter, I couldn't help but be fascinated by this video that shows snowflakes forming. Filmmaker Vyachelsav Ivanov filmed this footage through a microscope to capture snowflakes growing their intricate crystalline structures.
It's awe-inspiring to think that this beautiful geometric process takes place countless times in the sky all over the world. While I won't mind if it doesn't snow until next winter, I appreciate how cool the stuff is.
