Surf Dog Helps One Teen Diagnosed With Brain and Spine Cancer Fulfill Dream to Ride the Waves
When 15-year-old Caleb was diagnosed with Stage 4 brain and spine cancer it took away many of the dreams he had to accomplish in his life.
However, there was one dream that he was determined to still experience - riding the waves.
When Make-A-Wish asked what he wished for, he said he wanted to surf with the dog he saw on ESPN named Ricochet, who was specially trained to surf with kids who have disabilities. The pair had an amazing time riding the waves together, and now Caleb is still fighting for his goal to beat cancer.
