Wisconsin Police Officer Stops Traffic for One Hilariously Awesome Reason (VIDEO)

In this dashcam footage, a police officer in Eau Claire, Wis. is in the left turn lane when he inexplicably pulls back into the road and stops traffic. Give it about 20 seconds and you'll see the awesome reason why. He even gets out of his car to see the admirable mission through.
