About the HTC Vive and Oculus Rift in Alienware PCs

With HTC Vive compatibility on an Alienware gaming desktop, chances are players would have a new level of excitement with the hardware's sense of freedom of movement. On the other hand, the Oculus Rift promises extensive gaming experiences.

"Experience room-scale gameplay with precise motion tracking and natural controller gestures. Get a glimpse of the real world when you need it thanks to the front-facing camera. Open apps and games without taking off your headset. This is fully immersive Vr," HTC Vive noted.

PC gamers can also get a preview of the Alienware gaming desktops via Dell's website, with corresponding prices and specs for everyone to see. Just a heads up: Area 51 would be running on Nvidia cards and 4th-6th Generation Intel® Core™ i7 processors.

Gaming enthusiasts are also invited to join the Alienware launch event by winning tickets via social media. Participants just need to use the Twitter hashtag #PushYourLimits to enter and win a spot at the party this August 18.
