'American Horror Story: Hotel' Spoilers: Darren Criss Shares Enjoyable Time on Getting 'Killed'

"American Horror Story: Hotel" seems to be keeping viewers on their toes. With no holding back on the killings, it has been extremely difficult for many followers of the show to predict which character may be in their last episode. However, in the recent episode of "AHS: Hotel," when Darren Criss stepped in, fans already knew that he wasn't going to be lasting another episode.

Criss' guest appearance has already been reported months before the airing of the new season and the clue given back then pointed to the his early demise. Criss played the hispter, Justin, who checked in with his girlfriend Liz Taylor, played by Denis O'Hare. Their overdemanding attitude is not appreciated by Iris, played by Kathy Bates. In the end, Iris decided she's had enough of them and kills them off.

However, despite the bloody end that his character had met in the episode entitled "Room Service, Criss claims to have actually enjoyed the whole filming process. Criss recently shared his experience with E! News when he attended the SAG Foundation's 30th Anniversary celebration. He said about the experience, "It was a blast. I think when you watch stuff like that, you go, 'This must be terrifying to shoot,' but it's the complete opposite when you're in that room."

Apparently, as Criss further revealed that the shoot was completely opposite of what many might expect. "It's kind of fun," he said. "You get to do things that you would never do in real life — hopefully! I'm really hoping and praying nobody is going out stabbing anybody. That's awful, that's horrible. Don't do that!"

Despite discouraging from actually doing such murderous actions, he does claim how acting it out with veteran actor Bates made the whole scene much more exciting, "When it's somebody like Kathy Bates — I don't have to explain why she's so amazing — doing this kind of stuff with you, it's a blast."
