' Arrow' Season 4 Spoilers: Oliver Takes Action as Darhk Launches 'Project Genesis'; Actor Colton Haynes Return

Things are getting more interesting as Season 4 of The CW's "Arrow" moves on this week with a brand new episode that will see Oliver (Stephen Amell) and the rest of Team Arrow literally racing against the clock in order to put a stop on Damien Darhk's (Neal McDonough) evil plan of destroying life on Earth. Meanwhile, latest casting news indicates the return of one favorite character.

The promo video dropped by the network offers glimpse on some of the intense moments that are about to take place in the upcoming episode titled "Monument Point." The clip teases Damien Darhk already on his way to launch the dreaded "Project Genesis." The initiative involves the villain using the government's own nuclear bombs to fry everything on the planet. Obviously, the team will be on their feet to topple Darhk and put a stop on his plans. However, they may have to do so in record breaking time as the clip suggests that they now have "under 21 hours" to solve the problem.

The synopsis from The Futon Critic meanwhile hints that they might find some help in Felicity's (Emily Bett Rickards) old man, Noah Kutter (guest star Tom Amandes). Fans should expect Felicity pleading his father to hop on board and vanquish the enemy. It is also indicate that Noah will have a "heart to heart talk" with Oliver, which will leave the latter "rattled." What could they be talking about? Fans will have to find out in this weeks' airing of the show.
