Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore: Keep Quiet on Rumors

Amid rumors of Ashton Kutcher cheating on Demi Moore, he and his wife of six years have kept mum on the topic, despite public appearances and activity on Twitter.

Moore appeared on Thursday’s episode of “Good Morning America” to promote her directorial debut, the made-for-television movie “Five.” The actress, wearing her wedding ring, mentioned her husband only to reveal that she has sent him flowers the day he debuted on “Two and a Half Men.”

Last week, Kutcher ambiguously tweeted a link to “Don’t Believe the Hype” by Public Enemy, possibly implying that the media’s reports of his cheating were wrong.

“When you ASSUME you know that which you know nothing of you make as A** out of U and ME,” Kutcher posted on Twitter later that week.

The rumors of cheating and divorce picked up pace after a 23-year-old woman claimed she had spent the night with Kutcher in San Diego on September 24: the actor’s six-year wedding anniversary.

The couple was photographed attending Kabbalah service together last Friday, both sporting their wedding rings, but both actors’ representatives have not commented.

According to a report Friday by Radar Online, the couple has been living separately for six weeks.

“They’ve been in counseling,” a source close to the couple told the online magazine, who also said that Kutcher’s latest affair was the final straw for Moore.

“They separated about six weeks ago, both went to Kabbalah counseling hoping to save the marriage, but it’s over now,” said the source.

According to the insider, the marriage is “dead,” and Moore is “devastated” over what could be a $290 million divorce.

Rumors of Kutcher’s infidelity surfaced once before; and the couple took a “spiritual” trip to Israel following the ordeal.
