Ashton Kutcher Divorce Settlement Unclear as Actor Files to Divorce Demi Moore (VIDEO)

Ashton Kutcher has finally filed for divorce from actress Demi Moore on Friday, as the actor filed court papers citing irreconcilable differences. Despite the move to finally confirm the end of their marriage, the court filing gave no indication of any divorce settlement in place between the pair.

The divorce filing, which comes just four days before Christmas, should finally mark the beginning of the end of Kutcher's seven year marriage to Moore. Although the couple separated last year when Moore announced that she was ending her marriage to the actor, Moore never actually filed a petition for divorce.

In the court papers filed on Friday Kutcher has not listed a date that he separated from Moore. The papers also do not indicate whether or not the couple have a prenuptial agreement in place. However, the papers do confirm that Kutcher signed the papers on Friday, just hours before they were filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Kutcher and Moore have been married for seven years since September 2005.

Prior to their split, the pair was one of the most socially networked celebrity couples in Hollywood. They both would regularly tweet their millions of followers on Twitter. However, following their split the pair had a long Twitter black out, with Moore eventually changing her username on the site from @mrskutcher to @justdemi.

Kutcher has since gone on to cement his place as the star in hit CBS comedy "Two and a Half Men."

Throughout the past year, however, Moore has repeatedly been the target of media reports talking about her troubles and struggles at getting over her failed marriage.

Moore was also previously married to actor Bruce Willis for 13 years and had three daughters together; Rumer, Scout and Tallulah Belle. The couple, however, divorced in 2000, with Moore remarrying to Kutcher in 2005, and Willis remarrying to actress Emma Heming in 2009.

Meanwhile, over the past year Kutcher moved on quickly into another relationship with his former "That 70s Show" co-star Mila Kunis. The couple have been dating now for months and have been seen increasingly together.
