"Black Mirror" will be on its third season once it premieres this October. It is a series of twisted tales, and each episode will have a different set of stars, writers and directors. Each story is different from the other as the series unfolds. However, one thing that the stories have in common is the setting, which is futuristic as they find ways of how technology and humanity diverge.

What to Expect

The series does not imply that technology is evil though; it simply shows how gadgets amplify human imperfections. The series also shows how technology can uncover the unhealthiest parts of being human.

"Black Mirror" season 3 will debut with six episodes, each with a different storyline and cast. The first episode is titled "San Junipero," featuring Gugu Mbatha-Raw of "Touch" and Mackenzie Davis of "Halt and Catch Fire," and the episode will be directed by Owen Harris. The second episode will feature Jerome Flynn of "Game of Thrones" and Alex Lawther and is titled "Shut Up and Dance" and directed by James Watkins.

More Episode Previews

"Nosedive" is the third episode, directed by Joe Wright, and will feature Bryce Dallas Howard of "Jurassic World," Alice Eve of "Entourage," and James Norton of "Grantchester." The fourth episode is titled "Men Against Fire," which stars Michael Kelly of "House of Cards," Malachi Kirby of "Roots," and Madeline Brewer of "Hemlock Grove," directed by Jakob Verbruggen.

The fifth episode of the series, titled "Hated in the Nation," will feature Kelly MacDonald of "Boardwalk Empire" and will be directed by James Hawes. Finally, the sixth episode, titled "Playtest," will feature Wyatt Russell of "The Walking Dead" and Hannah Kamen of "Killoys" and will be directed by Dan Trachtenberg.

According to Netflix, the filming of "Black Mirror" Season 3 has started in January, and this is the largest single order of the show with 12 episodes. It has also been reported that Booker will be the one to script the entire season.

This British television series is created by Charlie Booker and produced by Zeppotron for Endemol.
