'Blue Bloods' Season 6 Episode 9 Spoilers: Erin Takes Over A Hopeless Case; Jamie, Eddie Pose As Elderlies

Fans of the hit police-procedural drama TV series "Blue Bloods" Season 6 could use a break from all the heavy stuff about corruption, conspiracies, betrayal, and accusations that have been going on in the current season.

According to the spoiler report from Latin Post, this week will see the show throwing a pinch of comedy into the mix on top of its signature police action drama.

Citing the summary for the episode, the media outlet said that ADA Erin Reagan will be taking over a homicide case that ended up in a hung jury from her colleague, ADA Kelly Blake. It would be worthwhile to witness how the Reagan attorney will able to close a case that holds no hope for both the defendant and the prosecution.

The proceeding will further meet another major obstacle as a witness will reportedly go missing. The ADA will have to call on the help of DA investigator Anthony Abetemarco to pin down the missing piece of the problem.

All these abovementioned events happen while Jamie and Eddie go undercover for an assignment. As stated by the report, the duo will be dressing up as an elderly couple in order for them to catch a gang that has been harassing the elderly neighborhood.

Meanwhile, the promo video from SpoilersGuide.com drops more details about the upcoming episode. The clip featured Commissioner Frank Reagan once again being asked about his position in the force. In one of the pervading questions, the clan head can be heard saying that he is now "close to the end of the beginning."

Could it be possible that Frank will be resigning from his post in this episode? The commissioner has lately been given the bad rap over some political-driven allegations.

"Blue Bloods" Season 6 Episode 9 airs this Friday, Nov. 20, at 10 p.m. on CBS.
