CBS Warns Entertainers Against Grammy Award Wardrobe Mishaps?

The 55th Annual Grammy Awards are slated to air on Sunday and the CBS network that will broadcast the show is reportedly aiming to stop the possibilities of any wardrobe malfunctions.

CBS has reportedly sent out an email to those appearing on stage at the award show, according to a deadline.com source. In the email, the entertainers attending the show are reminded to make sure that their body parts are covered.

"CBS Program Practices advises that all talent appearing on camera please adhere to Network policy concerning wardrobe. Please be sure that buttocks and female breasts are adequately covered. Thong type costumes are problematic," the alleged email from CBS sent to deadline.com reads. "Please avoid exposing bare fleshy under curves of the buttocks and buttock crack. Bare sides or under curvature of the breasts is also problematic. Please avoid sheer see-through clothing that could possibly expose female breast nipples. Please be sure the genital region is adequately covered so that there is no visible 'puffy' bare skin exposure."

Aside from cautioning entertainers to dress appropriately, CBS also reportedly told people that promoting brands with the use of clothing and using obscenities will not be tolerated.

"Please avoid commercial identification of actual brand name products on T-shirts. Foreign language on wardrobe will need to be cleared. OBSCENITY OR PARTIALLY SEEN OBSCENITY ON WARDROBE IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR BROADCAST," the reported message from the network states. "This as well, pertains to audience members that appear on camera. Finally, The Network requests that any organized cause visibly spelled out on talent's wardrobe be avoided. This would include lapel pins or any other form of accessory."

After hearing about the reported email issued by CBS, a number of people took to Twitter to react.

"Lady Gaga would never pass," one person tweeted.

Another individual thought it would be a great idea to utilize the email in their own home.

"I'm going to keep this Grammy wardrobe email; if I have any daughters it's going on the fridge," the person tweeted.
