Dancing With the Stars Results: Elimination Show Sees Hope Solo Voted Off
Hope Solo and her partner Maks Chmerkovskiy have been eliminated in tonight’s Dancing With the Stars semifinal showdown.
Hope Solo and her partner Maks Chmerkovskiy were at the bottom of the scoreboard from Monday’s dance routines; the couple received a total of 49 points from the judges’ votes.
"This competition is one of the toughest competitions I've ever been a part of. I'm grateful, it was an amazing opportunity," Hope said following her exit. "There's so many people to thank - my dear friends, my family. We have the most amazing fan-base. I'm going to go back and instead of trying to win a mirrorball trophy, I'm going to try to win a gold medal this summer at the Olympics."
Maks added: "Thank you for your determination, will and everything else and I'm sorry. I wish I could have been better for you but it is what it is. It was an amazing journey."
Rob Kardashian, Ricki Lake, JR Martinez are the remaining three contestants that progress to next week’s show as the final for Dancing With the Stars season 13 draws to a close.
