"Days of Our Lives" spoilers, cast news: Eduardo looking to reconnect while Chad may prove his innocence

The murder of Paige (True O'Brien) will apparently be triggering series of events that will be involving the people around her. First would be focused on her mother Eve (Kassie DePaiva) who is still reeling from her daughter's death. It may get too much for poor Ever as the funeral occurs. According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, although quite difficult, the service may be good for Eve since it can give her some closure, enough for her to at least move on.

Furthermore, Eduardo (A Martinez) will seemingly have a change of heart as he reorganizes his priorities triggered by Paige's death, as he looks into his own distant relationship with his kids Rafe (Galen Gering) and Gabi (Camila Banus). He then tries to reach out to them, but Rafe's wall of emotional defense is as high as ever as he continues to block out any of Eduardo's attempts. Eduardo will not immediately give up though, as he will continue to do establish their lost connect while at the same time, pursuing something more meaningful.

Spoilers tease that Eduardo will also be focused on attaining justice for Paige's death, which would mean more bad news for Chad (Billy Flynn), since he is the main suspect of most people in Salem, and Eduardo will not be any different in his belief. Eduardo will then put the pressure on the police to find the killer of Paige. This will obviously spook Chad and push him to him trying to make a run for it, but Eduardo will be ahead of him. Furthermore, Chad may finally be catching on to some evidence favorable to his innocence.

An alibi will be presenting itself to Chad for at least the murder of Serena (Melissa Archer). With the help of Marlena's (Deirde Hall) hypnosis, rumors are Chad will be able find a hobo who might have witnessed his argument with Serena. A hobo as a witness though is not too strong of a defense, however it is a start for Chad.

Fans can stay tuned as to how everything will unravel on "Days of Our Lives" as it airs weekdays on NBC.
