'General Hospital' May 8: Olivia Prepares to Give Birth

Thursday on "General Hospital," Hayden is in Nikolas' bedroom and she tells him that she overheard him talking about Jake being Jason to Liz. She also tells him that she knows that he's keeping Jake's true identity a secret because he wants to take over ELQ. She wants to know that now that she has all the cards, will he let her stay in Wyndemere? Nikolas says that he doesn't know how to explain her presence in his home and warns her not to be too comfortable.

At Liz's place, she and Jake confess their feelings for one another. After he goes back to Metro Court, Liz looks at Jason's picture and apologizes for what she's doing.

In the ballroom of the Metro Court, Julian and Alexis walk in on Sam arguing with Olivia and Ned. Julian hears Sam claim that she's lying to her father and he asks her what she's lying about. Everyone argues with each other, and Ned and Olivia tell him to forget about it, but Julian thinks that it may have something to do with Olivia's baby. Olivia is hit with pains, and Patrick goes over to examine her.

Julian begs Sam to tell him the truth because if he's the father, then he wants to be there for the child. Sam relents and tells him that the baby is his. Patrick then then tells them to stop talking as it's now time to take Olivia to the hospital—she has just gone into labor.

Here's what to expect on "General Hospital" on Friday, May 8:

Sabrina and Michael talk about their relationship; Patrick says that there's no time to take Olivia to the hospital and that she'll have the baby at Metro Court; Jake looks over the guns and blood on the ground and wonders what happened.

"General Hospital" airs on Mondays to Fridays at 1 p.m. on ABC.
