West rivals clash.
It's an interesting battle at the ORACLE Arena as the Golden State Warriors welcome the Dallas Mavericks in the regular season of the National Basketball Association.
The matchup is on March 25, 2016 at 10:30 PM ET.
At the moment, only the Warriors are assured their spot in the playoffs as they are at the top of the West at the moment.
Also looking to break history, the Warriors have been excellent this season and are easily the favourites to lift the title by the end of the season.
So far, they only have seven losses this season and only a handful of teams that have beaten them.
What makes this game interesting is that the Mavericks are one of those teams.
They have already met three times this season, and the Warriors lead the series 2-1. The Mavericks won the first meeting 114-91 in a dominating performance in Texas. On the other hand, the Warriors have bounced back by dominating both the second and third games between them by winning by 20 and 18 points, respectively.
However, the most important thing here is that the Mavericks have also won by a big margin.
In a 114-91 win, the Mavericks took advantage of the Warriors not playing Stephen Curry during the night and led throughout the contest.
In what is one of the most interesting stats of the night, the Mavericks outscored the Warriors in every quarter to dominate towards the win.
Ian Clark was the Warriors' best player during the night with 21 points while Klay Thompson had 10 and Draymond Green had 11.
As for the Mavericks, six players scored in double figures led by JJ Barea who had 23 points to make up of the absence of Deron Williams. Dirk Nowitzki added 18 in the win.
